Welcome to my website!

'Never bend your mind. Always hold it high. Look the world directly in the face'.  Helen Keller   'Whatever we assume confidently becomes our own self-fulfilling prophecy'.  Brian Tracy   'Confidence is courage comfortable'.  Daniel Maher   I really believe that one of the most typical wishes is only to feel more confident in various situations in life.   But how?   How to have confidence in yourself. A person with Confident friends may say:'Well, just be comfortable, man'! . However, to an individual that does not believe that confident this bit of advice might not be very helpful. At all.   There are however some time-tested and amazing advice. And in this informative article I will discover some of those tips. You can learn much more about getting more sure of yourself and building your inner strength and assertiveness in my 12-week Self-Esteem Course.   Now, I really hope you will find something valuable in this informative article to allow you to improve and maintain your own levels of confidence.   1. Act. Get it done.   'Having once chose to accomplish a particular job, achieve it at all costs of boredom and distaste. The gain in self-confidence of having completed a boring work is tremendous'.  Jones A. Bennett   'Nothing creates self-esteem and self-confidence like fulfillment'. It's vital that you discover ways to have confidence in your life. How to have confidence in yourself   Johnson Carlyle   'Inaction breeds doubt and anxiety. Activity breeds courage and confidence. If you want to overcome fear, don't stay home and consider it. Head out and get busy'.  Dale Carnegie   The most significant step in building self esteem is only to take action. Taking care of something and getting it done. Sitting at home and considering it will just make you feel worse. Basic. Although not always easy to do. To ensure it is a bit easier, here are a three of my favourite ways to ensure it is easer to take action:   Be present. This will allow you to take out of over thinking and just go and do anything you would like to get done. This really is most likely the best suggestion I have found up to now for getting more action since it puts you in a state where you feel little emotional opposition to the work you'll do. And it puts you in state where the appropriate actions often just seem to flow out of you in a concentrated but calm way and without much effort. One of the easiest ways to interact with the present time is simply to maintain your concentrate on your breathing for a second or two.   Lighten discover ways to have confidence. One method to deter yourself from taking action is to take anything you are planning to do too seriously. Which makes it feel too big, too hard and also alarming. If you on the other hand rest a bit and lighten up you often understand that those problems and bad thoughts are just something you are making in your own head. With a light frame of mind your projects appears lighter and become simpler to get started with. Have a look at Reduce! for more with this.  Really, really want it. Then taking action is not something you've to force. Taking action becomes a very natural thing. It's something you should not wait to do.  2. Face your fear.   'The way to develop self-confidence is to do the thing you worry'.  William Jennings Bryan   'You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You're ready to say to yourself,'I have lived through this fear. I can take the next thing that comes along'. You must do the thing you feel you cannot do.  Eleanor Roosevelt   Look, I could let you know to do affirmations or other routines for months in front of your reflection. It could have a positive impact. Just like preparing yourself it could help you activity to be taken by you with more confidence.   But to be frank, if you don't tune in to the rates above and face your fears you will not experience any better self esteem on a deeper and more fundamental level. Having activities where you face your fear is what really creates self esteem. There's no way around it.   However, you will find ways to face your fears that don't contain that much shaking of the hips. There are ways to ensure it is easier on your own.   Be interested. You're shut up when you are stuck in fear. You often create division in your world and mind. You create barriers between you and other things/people. When you move to being interested your views go SWOOSH! and the world just opens up. Awareness is filled up with excitement and expectation. It opens you up. And when you are available and enthusiastic then you have more pleasurable items to consider than focusing on your fear. How do you then become more interested?   One of the ways is to recall How to have confidence in yourself and how life has become more fun in the past because of your attention and to remember all the great things it helped you to discover and experience. Recognize that fear is often based on unhelpful interpretation. As humans we prefer to try to find patterns.   The problem is just that we often find bad and not valuable patterns in our lives based on only one or two experiences. Or by misjudging situations. Or through some ridiculous miscommunication. When you get too identified with your thoughts you'll think anything they let you know. A more valuable procedure might be to not take your ideas too seriously. A large amount of the time they and your memory are pretty inaccurate.
